Major Update:

First of all, Apologies for keeping it under wraps for long.

I've resigned from my job on 09.09.09. My last day with my organisation was on 09.10.09.

I am going to pursue my MBA in Advanced Corporate Finance. A totall switch for me. The college is SPJAIN Singapore Dubai.

So the countdown has begun and it is just a month for me in India. I will be flying on Nov 13/14th to singapore.

It is a 1 year course spanning 6 months in singapore and 6 months in dubai.

Unfortunately because of the dates I won't be able to attend the Meet. I am gonna miss it badly. Sorry guys....

I donno what to say or what to write.

So Signing off for now.....

You will miss the Meet, and the Choclates (if any this time).  Don’t worry, I will receive it on your behalf Wink

Jokes apart, we are personally very happy for you.  That’s great academic scenario, and will immensely be fruitful in your future/career prospects.  All the very best.

We will soon see you participate from overseas.

Well, well, so Ami has decided to jump on the neighbour's greener grass!!! Wink Why you won't opt for IT management (which would have been natural and logical choice) could probably be explained by the compromises you made while choosing your graduation stream... wotsay?

I have myself lost a couple of team members to SPJ S'pore-Dubai programme, so I know it is good. I am myself summoning up the courage to take the PMP preparation from SPJ... (Megabucks for milliseconds...Cry)

By the time you complete your course, the economic cycle would have swung the other way, AND the slack in the market would have been all taken up, so you timed it pretty well, if not a tad late.

When the course starts, jump in it head-long, and get rid of all distractions including this forum (ummm... OK,  Sunday evenings after you've called mom-dad is permitted, but keep it just for hi, hellos. Audio forum explicitly prohibited ).

Wish you all the best for the course, and don't forget to ask for CVs from friends when you have some openings for us .. Wink

Very true. Please do NOT let the forum or any other thing distract you. Only eye on your primary goal & achieve it.  Wishing you all the success.
