I've bought a Honda City(2004), bearing the Dilshad Garden RTO, Delhi registered number.
There are certain clarifications that needs to be addressed and would be thankful to you all...
1. My address proof in Delhi is of Vasant Kunj(different RTO jurisdiction). Can i be able to get the Transfer of Ownership from Dilshad Garden RTO itself? If not, do i need Form 28 for this?
2. Seller needs to be physically present in the RTO for the transfer of ownership?
3. Besides Form 29, form 30, address proof, insurance certificate, PC certificate and RC papers, do i need anything else for the transfer of ownership procedural?
