Suggestions-i20 Asta ICE

Hi Guys expecting my i20 asta black color in 3-4 days...needed some suggestions as far as ICE goes.

1. i20 Asta comes with 4 normal speakers on the door. Is there any difference in quality of sound if the speakers are fitted in the door? How are component speakers different? And what is the cost for the same? In case its not possible to remove the default speakers form the door...is it possible to add 2 new speakers on the rear tray?

2. Looking for a medium budget sub woofer and 4 channel amp...A bit better than the Sony exploid. Please suggest. Budget for speaker and amp is approx 13k.

3. Asta also comes with a 2 DIN music system. How is this music system compared to somethin like a Sony exploid? This could be amatuerish but this is the first time I'm goin for a company fitted system. Kindly suggest.

You can opt for components. They are basically a pair of speakers with matching tweeters and a pair of crossovers. The crossovers just give the mids i.e beats and vocals to the speakers and the highs i.e. the chan chan to the tweeters.

JBL compos start @ 4500 and the brands and range is virtually endless!

It is possible to change the door speakers, in fact its simpler than adding a rear tray!

Have you confirmed with Hyundai if you can add an amp and sub? In most cases a warranty issue comes up.

In any case you can go in for a Blaupunkt GT4MKII 4 channel ampr for about 5500 with bill and Pioneer 308 dvc sub 1400w for about 3000 without bill + box for 600-1500 (quality dependent).

No clue on the company fitted HU.
