Refund of Road tax

Hello All,

Request 2 provide me information on the below queries.

I bought a car in Pune and got in transfered to Hyderabad and now I also got the AP registration number after waiting for a long time (8 months). Now will I get any refund of road tax or any other tax from Pune RTO. If so what is the procedure for applying this and documents that I need to submit?

If any one knows a good RTO agent in Pune who can help me out of this and charges a reasonable fee is appreciated.

There's a provision for refund on pro-rata basis but is a cumbersome job (agents would do it best).  For the purpose, you will need to submit evidence of tax since paid at AP RTO along with RC Book having endorsement / re-registration thereof.

Agent I'm not aware of.
