Hi

Note Estillo will not seat five members.

I suggest u forget the Estillo and either go for Ritz Petrol or Vista Diesel as they both fall in your budget.

Comparision

Why Estilo is not good?

Rakesh,

Regarding Cabin space, Vista is highest among all hatchbacks. But if you want a stable and tension free car then do not go for Vista. Santro is troublefree car.

Hi,

I have just purchase new tata indica vista quadrajet. Its a good spacious car.

No problem. looks, suspension are also very good. compare to this estilo is good but very less space & lesser average 4 petrole. vista is a diesel & good average. but slightly extra maintenance. Ritz is also good but the shape is bad. it does not look like a family car.

So my suggestion is Indica Vista Quadrajet. Also Quadrajet has fiat diesel engine.

Go for Vista Aqua QJD. It's a true VFM car, you will never regret. Agree that vista have some initial issues but those can be easily rectified during free services. So nothing to worry about it, just go for it.

@ S Roy, Estilo is good car but far behind when compare to Vista in all departments.

Not so:

In refinement, built quality, service and resale the Estilo is better.

Dear Binoy,

I do agree that refinement, service and resale value of Estilo is better.

But only one point- In built quality, I think Vista is more stable, sturdy & strong compare to Estilo.

Estilo is city car only, for h/w it's not safe. Vista scores more here.

resale value of the estilo, again not too sure. The old estilo did not hold values as good as its sibling the wagon R.

And the vista has the diesel advantage.

While the estilo might be better , its not by a large margin

The new estilo does come with K series engine but the refinement is not good at all . i saw it's review on ndtv and the guy wasn't at all happy with:

It's interiors : He literally could shake the entire area where u hv handbrake with one hand

sound refinement:inside the car u could hear the horn sound as loud as u would hear it from outside even with windows closed

The engine might hv been changed but with other parts kept the same u won't feel mch good abt it while driving.

Avoid estilo . My friend had both estilo and santro n he told me tht santro is a lot better than estilo and he also wished he had gon for santro the second time also instead of estilo.

So i guess vista would be good option for u . Wht abt swift and ritz diesel if u r not sure abt indica's reliability which i must confess is a bit iffy

Estilo cannot seat 3 persons in the back comfortably. Indica is much more sturdy. Other than these, there is no other probs with estilo. For your requirement and budget, Qudrajet would be the best. The Fiat 1.3 Multijet (Quadrajet) engine is really great.
