As I am employed in a pvt. company and co. have thier plant in diffrent states , so I have been trasfrred to other plant in other state and may be trasfer to other state after some time (say two to three year) due to my nature of duty.

In this case whether I have to obtain every time new registration from every new state.

As per rules, you need to get it re-registered by paying life-time tax as applicable to old vehicles on depreciated value assessed by the RTO concerned (new state).  You can seek pro-rata refund of life-time tax paid in the earlier state (cumbersome job).

RTO rules vary a litte from state to state.
