I was planning to buy a used TATA Indigo LS or LX diesel model of above 2006.
Can anyone suggest is it right choice to buy and also wt would be extra cost put aside for changing the sparts to run the car smoothly
Pavan, Welcome to carwale!
could you elaborate your requirements and the reason why you have choosen only the indigo? Also mention your budget and monthly run for a better suggestion.
My criteria is daily travel of 70 kms and monthly 1500km range. So i thought of to take second had diesel car because my budget is between 3 and 3.5 lacs and also for mileage point of view.
for such a big run a diesel car will be good and economical. Between why do you want to go in for indigo only. You can find many other diesel cars as well in your budget. If you stretch your budget your can accomodate the vista diesel which is a very good car.
I actually planned also for new Indica Vista Aqua TDI but reviews show that there are so many problems faced by the customer. Wt sur opinion ?
the problems are reportedly being rectified and I hope future batches will not be having those issues.
OK. But generally do TATA give discounts like accessories etc for purchasing new cars
yes, depending on the model.
highest for xeta and sumo grande, lowest for indigo CS and Vista
i also hav an indigo ls 2004 model it is in good condition but after 1 min. it starts emmiting black smoke and its engine starts hinging how to remove this
vista quadrajet would be a good choice.but the price is 5lac+.so rather than going for a 2nd hand indigo, why not swift diesel??maruti cars are the safest second hand buy option as per me.
