Milage of Punto, I-20 & Skoda Fabia Diesel Variant

Presently I am having Santro Xing XO (fully loaded) petrol Car. I wanted to purchase other small segment car in Diesel Variant.

I have finalized three different car models i.e Grand Punto, i-20 & Skoda Fabia.

Now, i just wanted to know what is the milage of above three models ? This shall help me to finalize the car.

If anybody is having any suggest either positive or negative side, please let me know ? 'coz this shall ultimately help me to final the car.

There is not too much of a difference in terms of mileage.

i 20      - 14 / 19

Punto   - 14/ 18

Fabia   - 14 / 19  ( city / highway ).

Running cost won't vary much in above mentioned cars.

My preference is Punto > Fabia > i 20. I had driven all three cars quite a few times as i also have to decide about my new car .

Iam getting the milaege of 14 with AC and 18 without AC in city driving in my Fabia diesel.

The highway figures are around 21

My first preference shall be Grand Punto. My budget for Diesel Car is 7-8 L. Now, in this budget, Can all of you suggest me best diesel car ? My first requirement is good interior & milage.

I would rate Punto first followed by i20 in a close second and Fabia in a distant third.

Your budget is good,you can buy Verna VGT which is bigger and better car than the ones you mentioned.

Your first preference being good interiors than Punto surelly is not meant for you as its interiors are quite dissappointing.

Best Interior - Fabia than i20 than punto

Milaege - Perhaps not much difference in all three.

Maintinence - Highest for Fabia, not sure about the spare part pricing for both Fiat and Hyundai.

Engine performance - Best is i20 though i feel that Punto and Fabia are not behind much.

Comfort - Fabia, than Punto than i20

Brand Value - Fabia than i20 than Punto

Uneet: Regarding the performance, have you taken the diesel engines or the petrol engines for comparison. I feel in either of the cases Fabia is way behind.
