OK, tks gone thru some dealers here in Bangalore and found couple of brands, AURA dealer is not having much varriety(also he claims the company has some problem) and he is trying to sell some other brand called SF and found  LEAGUE brand looks good and costing around 15K for set of 5. Can someone suggest some good brands for alloys.

Aura is good brand, owned by Hindalco....they also are authorized wheel dealers/supplier for Hyundai.    I went with Aura 13" model 61350....I think they look nice on my i10.

Go with AURA!

Hi Sunil,

I have Black i10 sportz which I changed my original to TG Racing alloys. Alloys are 13" I dint change the tyres, same 155/80 R13. They look really awesome I got a set of 4 for Rs9000, includes alignment etc.  email me at danni_ash@yahoo.com for pics. Gurus tell me if I shud change the tyres as well for to fit the alloys, what r the pros and consfor changing and not changing tyres?? The person who did the allignment n wheel balancing told me that it wud work as normal as before wont be any changes at all. Please reply

Don't have an answer for you...but I too kept my same tyres with new alloys.   I feel there is something going on with my wheel balancing or something.....the ride does not feel right....

I will bring this up during my first servicing...I think the guy did not do a good job of fitting the alloys.

My car feels little bumpy on highway with high speed like 60km above.....don't know what is going on....will add updates as I know more...

hey sunil,

How much did alloys cost u? Im really satisfied with the alloys cause peviously if i touch 100 it used to sway and wobble I never got satisfied with my car, which looks very dangerous but now on the alloys I have touched 130 n my car was telling me that i can push more., now my car got good road grip., but when there's uneven road my car jumps a lot., had the same problem previously.

After my father rode the car he told me that the car has become light in handling n he told me that its gonna give good mileage too. He's too satisfied with the alloys. hope alloys give us good service.

Did u get ur alloys get fitted in the hyundai itself or outside??

I am getting my i10 Sports on 25th July.  I am thinking about getting Aura Alloy Wheels fitted from the Dealer.  Dealer is telling me that it would cost me 21500/-  (19500/- with 2000 less for original rims).

Few questions I have, see if you can help me.

1.  Does it make any difference for warranty issues if alloy wheels are fitted.  Some one mentioned to me that shocks won't be fixed under warranty if wheels are changed.

2.  Does the price for these 13" wheels (set of 5) seem right?  I saw prices from 14600 on carwale.com

Thanks,

Sunil
