In A NUtshell

PROS

Spacious, Multi Utility, easy to drive & maintain, alternate fuel options, cheap.

Cons

Safety is  a biggest issue in Omni, lack of features, poor build quality, very poor ressale value.

Pros:- fully retarding middle door, cheapest MUV type vehicle available, comes from Maruti-so ASS is good and maintenance is cheaper, good car for commercial uses, very good visibility for driving- no blind spots

Cons:-cannot be driven at high speeds (100kmpl or so) for long. Vehicle vibrates a lot, poor stability, very poor safety

Why break rules when following them is much easier!!!

Well no idea about the AC but I think Omini comes with 5 seater & 8 seater variants ...check this out on CW site it self .... For AC others might be able to answer well.

Retrofitment of AC is not feasible in Omni.  You can instal/mount mini fans inside (I have seen those).

My Bro inlaw owns Omni with LPG for past 4 years in Ahmedabad & I have been able to drive it quite often..

Has Converted in to 8 seater with LPG at the Back occupies full boot space.

Pros: Very Economical & I can say maintainence free car.... VFM certainly as No car at this price can accomodate 8 people....Fantastic turning & parking redious....hence easy for city driving & parking...Old but fantastic engine .. Infact i felt engine much smoother on LPG then on Petrol...Very easy to maintain....

Cons: Cant Fit A/c , hence in peak  heat of Ahmedabad its dreadful.. No Boot if you have 8 seater with LPG...MAx speed 85Km p/hr, & would not reccomend on highways...Build quality I would not say is poor but its ment to b light hence feels like compaired to new cars.. but then thats what you get for the price...

Wel it all depends on your requirement... I would say its ultimate VFM for  big family with lower budget.. for city driving mainly & occesional short trips around.....

Good things in life are never too expensive.....So called Best things May be.....

It is better you go with factory fitted LPG,  My brother is haveing one since 99 with petrol, it is really a good for city ride.  Not for long distance, but we did long even..

It is more confertable than M800 as in the frount side, 2 air flow shutter.. you can open it during driving,  it gives you good air at your legs..  you will not feel the AC requirment.

Driving seat is state ... as compare by M800, so you feel more comfertable in driving.

Truning on the small galii's ;) is very easy.. even you can rotated this VAN on small road's say 15 feets or less.

In 8 seater, it is better you change the 3rd window glass to a convertable glass, it gives you extra air flow.

As you are paying less with big size, you can't accept more ... but it is true value VAN.

And be a happy VAN customer.
