Problem faced in Indica Vista

The 'erroneous reporting' is 'understandable'. Manipal here in Bangalore initially quoted me around 1400, they might be thinking that the cost will be more or less equal to Indica v2s.

How much they charged for painitng?

Service Indicator is 'on' in my Vista. My 3rd service is due, I have just crossed 10 K. It became on when it spinned more than 9.5. It gone of when it touched 10 K, again came back today morning.

Is it  just an indicator or some thing important to taken care of. I am still driving my car, booked for sevice on coming Monday.

Please advice.

I own aqua tdi and face of problem of sound from front whan i cross any speedbreaker on roads.

Has anyone faced ths same and rectified?

Pavan, Its a chronic vista problem, dont worry, get your suspension lubricated, it will run for 10 K smoothly.

is this a minutes job or days job from service point of view ?

I am not that expert to comment on it, but not a minute job, may take some time, wait till your first service,I have done so.

Few guys are lucky enough to get rid of this with just one attempt, am not among them.

More Info : It says some engine related issues. Have to visit the service station immediately as per manual.

Just now, when I switched the ignition on, some sound is hearing from front left  side.Its there even after ignition. I immediately called Concord, they are ready to look at my car tomorrow, which was scheduled for service on Monday . (yesterday they told, no slot till monday, now they are ready to accept me)

Response from Concorde was great. They called me back when my call to them is dropped.I didnt expect this. And she said, since you are facing problems with your car we are committed to look into it immediately even if no slots available. and she preponed it. I know it is busines, but the interesting point is "TATA' learnt to do it.

my first service was done and I cant wait till i complete 5000km's but let me try with tata dealers

Yesterday, I took delivery of my Vista after the second service at Autozone, Coimbatore. My vista had done only 4300Kms. Since the service coupon says 5000 Kms or 6 months, I gave it for service, as it is already 14 days past 6 months.

The main complaint I had is, rattling/vibration noise at a particular RPM while idling and running at lower RPMs in higher gears. It was solved. The problem was with the AC pipes touching with some metal part.

There was a noise coming from the front right suspension, when driven on a speed breaker. It was solved by lubricating.
 
I just asked whether oil service is required at second service. The service advisor told it is required only at 3rd service/10000 Kms.

After the service, the car had become smoother!

Above all my vista looks fresh and shiny after the 3M coating. Just like a new car!

what is 7th item in your list ... 3m paint is provided by all dealers or its your deal.. and how it is useful... as i am about to go for my first service plz update,
