IS IT RECOMMANDABLE TO GO FOR BIGGER DIAMETER ALLOY WHEELS INSTEAD OF COMPANY SPECIFIED SIZE WITH TUBELESS BALLON TYRES, WHICH WOULD LOOK SLIGHTLY OUT FROM BODYLINE OF CAR? WILL IT VOID GUARNTEE?

There is no harm in going for bigger diameter wheels. Try to keep upsizing as minimal as possible, maybe 1-2 inches maximum. It will not void guarantee/warranty whatsoever.

Before starting any business, one should analyze the market well and should estimate the competition. In your case, there are virtually no competitors and when there is no competition, things move very slowly. You have to make the market mature first to accept things. India is not used to modifications as such, there are very few people who are willing to go for some really major and sensible modifications. So it would be a little bit hard for you to build the system. The good thing you can do as of now is to start a car modification company first, come up with some good designs, let India recognize you. And once you are known well, go ahead with training institute idea.

Seeing yr question, its very obvious, that without enough extra info, its diff to answer yr question with any precision.
You have to first decide you want to do body modifications or internal engine mods.
Once you have finalised that, then select what kinds of mods you will do, highly customised or mods that can be achieved with readymade kits and a little customisation.
This business needs highly skilled manpower. You will need to think and organise for skilled manpower. trust me, thats not easy, u need to pay them well, else each of them will want to go and setup another workshop of their own.
easier to start with one model of cars, build expertise and reputation on that model (eg esteem or accent or xyz,,,select a middle level car, since a buyer for that, will indicate the extra buying power and aispiration for more.)
persistance and friends will get you through.
