One more doubt.. Is the only one pre-out in cde 101e going to be a problem for this setup with 4 ch amp and sub ?

Yes it is. If you're running all 4 amp ch's, front + rears or front+sub, you need 2 preouts. If you also plan to run a sub you need 3.

People get around this by using splitters, but  am against it. It causes issues in channel seperation and sound cohesion. At the end it boils down to how picky you are about the sound quality.

thank you Binoy, Ami and Arun for the inputs... I did not want to change the HU... So went with JBL amp and JBL 12" sub on the sub pre-out on the alpine hu... I am totally satisfied with the SQ... Its giving me good bass and is not excessively loud... Have to keep the fader up to front.. and am totally loving the sub control on the HU... An HU with three pre outs will be the first agenda for my next car... Cheers Sandeep
