Vista TDi or Indica V2 - & - Best Tata Dealer in Delhi??

Q.1 Hi Which is one is a better buy.

      Tata India Vista Terra/Aqua TDi

      or

      Indica V2 DLS.

      Requirements...

      Distance/Perday...60 Kms /5days a week and 100 Kms over weekend. (Mix of Highway-NH-8 and City Traffic-South Delhi)

       Planning to retain the car for four years at least.

      Will be driven by driver initially (1 year) and later on by me (6'ft tall).

Q.2 Which is the best Tata dealer with service facilities in Delhi.

Vista TDi - it's turbo charged.  The difference in the performance/pick-up/acceleration is substantial.

Vista also has more space/comfort & better interiors/features.
