Deepak there is a fine line between being opinionated and being irrelevant.

Do feel free to air your opinions but keep them within the realms of responsible public behavior.

When God created man he gave him something - Brains !

Listen to everyones opinion but use your head to decide what you want to buy. Honda Jazz gives you a boot space even a sedan wont give you.

Moderator - please stick to the topic of the thread. I never asked for anyone's opinion on Honda Jazz

Deepak, the last remark was uncalled for. We are not a 'patriotism forum'. 150 million Pakistanis live in peace doing their own things. Only a handful are a problem, and there are fora to address that issue. Let us not mix things up here, with nasty remarks like the one above.

Thanks for your understanding!

Krishna, FYI we belong to Sindh (which is currently in Pakistan) though I am an Indian.

My remark meant Korea is to Japan what Pakistan is to India.

Please ask for clarifications before jumping to conclusions.

Thanks for your understanding.

Honda Jazz gives you a boot space even a sedan wont give you.

By posting such statements you will invite people to opine about the Jazz. Almost all sedans in the Jazz's price range will be having a bigger boot.

Leave the 'Moderation' to us.

You started this thread enquiring about the 'advanced booking' on the Jazz to which a lot of members responded and posted their opinion on.

If you are not interested in 'anyone's opinion' about the Jazz why do you keep responding to them(even posting a review-that too scanned!-for what?). Kindly get off the thread and have a life.

Moderator - please stick to the topic of the thread.

Your choice of words like 'shut your mouths' and the reference(national/international/communities)are totally uncalled for

-further such posts will be deleted and your further behavior on the forum would be monitored.Play safe.

Yes, be careful in selection of words/expressions – even in disagreement.

You are smart – fine.  Here everyone is.

Also go through the Rules & Guidelines for participating in the CW Forums.  Participate only if you are comfortable abiding with those.

Further discussion on ‘this subject’ is uncalled for.  You may please continue on Honda Jazz – in a humble & unassuming manner – others too will follow the same.

Its official now. June 10 is official launch date. Will be priced above 7 lacs . Will have 1200 cc engine. However it is no where near Fabia & Punto when ride & handling is concerned ( Auto Car). Also you don't expect build quality of European car from Japan & Korea .

This is surely not a wise desiciion of honda, in this price range one can easily buy all the entry level sedans like ford fiest, fiat linea, chevrolet aveo, this time honda is going to regret his decision, as the company is taking the benefit of excise duty also and still charging it so high, this is not good HONDA

I am in the US currently and have test driven Honda Fit/ Jazz.  Its smooth, very fuel efficient but not worth 7 Lakhs at all..!!!! One has to be totally crazy to buy a hatchback at this ridiculous price. Thought w'd go back to India next month and buy Jazz. Was prepared for a premium for Honda. But this is beyond worst fears...Alas !! Dream Shattered.

Honda is close to damaging its reputation as a small car maker by charging customers such exorbitant price for the Jazz.I still can't stop laughing at the price. Someone in the Honda Management has really gone insane by suggesting the 700,000 INR price. I don't know what the expectation is. To mint money from India where buyers are ready to pay anything for the Honda badging. See around for feedback from the Indian ppl Mr. Masahiro Takedagawa San and look how much discontent you have spread.Wake up Mr. President. You seem to be in Wonderland....and many thanks for disappointing thousands of prospective customers. The Car is already a Flop even before its out. Another great feat for Honda. Yet another feather in their cap.

I salute those intelligent folks (like Deepak), who will still buy the car and patronize Honda for this disaster.

@Ashish- could you give a reference for the price please.

-the top most variant might well cross the 7 lacs mark, but i guess the lower variants would be in the 6 lac range.

It is in the Times Of India dated 5/5/09 with interview of their CEO . He also stated that Honda City will remain their main product inspite of having Jazz in their future product range. Also Jazz will share few components with City. It just shows that even Honda is not expecting big numbers from Jazz.
