Yes Pankaj but we do have to accept that Vista is having huge cabin space. AC takes some time to cool this space. I felt same in my recent TD, it took 15 long minutes to chill (in afternoon) after that the cooling was maintained. Using recirculation mode and rolling down windows for some time would help better cooling time.

BTW Dheeraj I am awaiting pics of your Marine silver beauty. I had TD of Pearl White, its latest in Vista.   

After some thousands Km i heard noise increases?

Th A/c prob is still there and the Power Steering alignment problem???

Any one who completed 10 k pls say how it is now

I am planning to take one .. SO have to decide which one to take...

I have completed 8000 km.

Not much noise in the car, but AC problem is there. Also steering doesnt centre automatically.

Friends, long time no see!

My car gives consumption less than 17 kmpl all the times.  Might go up after service in 10000 kms.  Still have driven around 5000kms only.  No any increase in engine noise.  It still keeps quiet.  Really a marvellous engine.  Had a chance to see Fiat GP in show room but couldnt TD as it was late by then.  Nice style, fit & finish.  But the KING size of Vista is missing in it.  They have both ABS & airbag which Tata missed.

I took the car to my selling dealer @ CBE for 2nd service.  I was satisfied with their service, but even after my request they haven't done tyre roattion.  They told that they changed as 'X'.  But I feel they haven't changed anything. I feel it is important to rotate the tyres every 5k kms.  Is it? or shall I rotate it at 10k.

On my return journey, the car come out with 19.3 kmpl.  But after that it returned only 16.7 kmpl.

No any other problem noticed and still the performance is so good.  No NVH noticed.  It is hard to maintain white car in this rainy season.

Karthe,  As per manual, I think, tyre totation is required at 20,000 kms. If you want, you can do it @ 10000 km. I think they charge for labour around Rs. 300/-

Karthe, I hope you had the car serviced at TAFE. Did they charge anything?

I was charged 176/- for tyre rotation at 10k sevice, since it was outside the normal work procedure of that service.

No i have rotate it once at 6000 km but my dealer  did it in foc. Aspi car ltd is doing amazing service in ahmedabad. Very cooperative.

I took the car twice to Kodaikanal last month.  Really, the car behaved so cool.  Yes it climbed most of the hill in 3rd gear itself.  Even there was no need of using clutch or accelerator some times while crawling steep slopes in 3rd gear itself.  I could maintain 70kmph while coming down and the car handled good and was very much predictable. I enjoyed the I trip  and so planned the II trip immediately.

There was a slight bulge in the front right tyre  and I took the car to nearby dealer. He told he will arrange for Good Year personnel to check and replace the tyre, but yet he haven't called up for the past one week.

I was told by a dealer here that TATA is to introduce ABS and Airbags in Vista sooner. If, could I fix atleast ABS in my car at their service station.  If possible, what may they charge for that?

My consumption is constantly a little below 17 Kmpl.  I am to touch 9000 kms and may complete 10000 kms sooner and have to do III service by then.
