Hi Kumar Nachiketa:
Two cars, you are actively considering are very good cars in their own way and come with lot of useful and safety features. For both cars, dealers are willing to negotiate bottom line and free goodies, so time is in your favour. But this segment is getting crowded by day, hence, you have to take long drive in varying conditions and make notes of your impressions. As you mentioned, ASS for Skoda is below satisfactory level and waiting for parts can be annoying, if your car happen to be requiring.
I felt Getz is better drivable on highway than Skoda. Hyundai is a reliable global auto maker and I don't think Getz will be discontinued in India in short run (just like Accent) because it sits between i10 and i20 with unique market. So you need not to be concern about parts, secondly, it shares major parts with other cars. I feel Getz may not be the best @ any driving parameter but it performs above average in all parameters.
Honda Jazz will be a new car for Indian market but it is not a new car to world auto market. You can get initial impression on UK web site:

Though India is likely to offer 1.2L engine and features and price are not known yet. But most likely it will be about 1 Lakh more than i20 and may get closer to City. For expert opinion of Jazz

But be careful while reading, in UK, they offer 2 engines and ABS and airbags are standard in UK.
It appears that with every new model joining the race, the segment is becoming more confusing. Best wishes.
