Hey F1 fans.. Is been such a disastrous start of 2009 for the top teams like Ferrari and Maclaren. After looking at their performance for the past 2 weekends, i feel pity for them. Can you believe they were the contenders for F1 championship for so many years.

On the other hand, Brawn Mercedes, what a rocking performance. They got sponsership a day before the race from Virgin and the night before the race they pasted their sticker on the car!! Hats off to Brawn Mercedes!!

I guess we all saw it coming. The Brawn GP's chassis was designed in 2008 itself. The quitting of Honda and using Mercedes engine which was powerful than Honda added another plus to the team. Well, most of the mid-budget teams had hired highly experienced designers , Honda hired Ross Brawn (the man who turned around teams like Benetton, Ferrari and now Honda), Red Bull hired Adrian Newey who changed the fortunes of Williams and Mclaren.

I tried this and I had understeer, I tried that and I had oversteer, at the end of the corner I just ran out of talent!

The issue is with management and they have to work on their aerodynamics. Drivers have to be consistent. Fisichella doesn't push unless asked to on the radio.

I am surprisingly pleased with the proceedings of 2009 F1 season.

Every yar we always knew that either Ferrari or Mclaren will win. But now we have one more contender. Brawn. So only difference is that its gonna get a lot better. Although I still want Kimi to win the title Smile. But Button aint bad either. I always knew Button is a great driver, only he never got a good car.

BMW are meant to be at 3rd place I think. Because before start of this year, i expected them to come out with all the guns blazing backed by great performance in last season. But Brawn has outwitted them in almost every department till now.

Also I am heavily impressed by Sebastian Vettel. Although he is very young and kind-off brash, but soon he will also start giving tough competition to the tope league.

I really hope that this seaon should have at least 3-4 guys fighting for top spot. It will make the game much more interesting.

It will be more. I have high hopes from Nico. He won't disappoint he has the blood of Keke running in him.

So its Button all the way till now.

I can already see the driver and constructor championship winners for 2009.Smile

One thing ceases to amaze me is that if Brawn was able to take the maximum advantage of the new rules, how come biggies like Ferrari and Mclaren  continuosuly failed to deliver? Baring last yesterday's Monaco GP, Ferrari was just nowhere in picture. Hope to see some podium finishes from Ferrari from now on.

Let's see whether Ferrari and McLaren are able to catch up RedBull /Toyota by the end of the season. Sounds exciting!!

Brawn GP has Ross Brawn with them, and this car was ready in 2008 when rest were developing their 2008 cars to compete for the season. And if you notice everytime during rule changes, its the most experienced guy who designs the best.

Adrian Newey designed that amazing Red Bull, Ross Brawn involved with Brawn.
