Car modification for hand control of brake and accelerator

I have seen many of these controls in USA, it is quite common with people having any type of leg problem but healthy arms.  Mostly they fit in cars/vans with A/T and P/S.  From photographs, I can see steering control ball and control lever.  In US, product is more refined and liver hides well behind steering wheel discretely.

My main point is that there it is lot more expensive, so normally it is paid/subsidized by some Govt Federal/state agency or other charitable organization depending on income of mobility challenged individual.  If mechanic is not available locally, they also arrange for travel and extra expenses.  Sometimes they also help to buy A/T cars.  I am surprised that no such help is available in India.  Govt must do something to make people independent and live a life of dignity to become a developed nation.

Of late it has been observed that there are various persons with wrong motives on the Net pertaining to help physically challenged to modify the vehicle to match there requirement i.e. fitment of hand control, change of position for break & accelerator

Friends, there are few Mumbai based person/company (intentionally not putting there names) which are charging 33 thousand + Taxes for these modification, for that you need to take your car to Mumbai.

I know many persons in Jaipur doing the same modification with thoughtfully designed, even better then these Mumbai based persons device. They work on No profit No loss basis and the cost for hand control is not more then 9 thousand and for changing position it is around 2-3 thousand only.

I am myself having both legs affected and presently driving SANTRO with Hand control Fitted from Jaipur guyes.

so dont get cheated by these company/ persons with ulterior motive of making fast buck ruthlessly.

     How ru....once more i need ur help....today i went for my L L ,licences..every thing was going fine...i got all the documents,,drs driving fitness crt,,all documents...rto approved all the things but  1 rto inspector ....according to him...our modification is not proper,bcoz we hav to drive with one hand only,,cant take sudden turn with 1 hand etc.....atlast they told they  have to talk to ther seniors... bt its very easy to drive...i told them take my driving test .....so jus wanna know ..do u know any rto person who can help me......thanx
