A slight correction - AFAIK the turbo does not compress the inlet fuel but only the incoming air.

Completely agree. Turbo compresses air only and not fuel.

lag is related with turbo lag, turbo lag is related with turbo chargers. turbo charges does the work of forcing air into the cylinders, and intercoolers to cool the air. So that air with more oxygen will burn better. Did i specified it right? If no pls rectify me.

Well, a turbocharger does not force air into the cylinder - it compresses the air. The suction of air is by virtue of the cylinders' up/down movement. And its not air with more oxygen - it's more air crammed into the given cylinder space (imagine something like fitting two rubber blocks in a space suitable for one by sqeezing them both) - and since air contains oxygen, more air mean more oxygen.

Turbo kicks of at higher engine rpm. That depends on the max rpm and the size of the turbo.

I tried this and I had understeer, I tried that and I had oversteer, at the end of the corner I just ran out of talent!

Now with the VGT ( Variable geometry turbo) the turbo lag is minimised, as one can see inthe linea. Watch this to see how turbo lag is affecting the performance of the evo (Note: this car has the same performance as a Lambo).
