19" viewsonic/LG/samsung would cost below 10K.

Dont think 15/14" monitors are made anymore!!?

SatNavs

Two options

-intergrated solutions-like the GPS enabled cell phones

-stand alone systems - like gramin/bharatnav/mapmyindia etc.

The latter costs start from 15K upwards

Bobin, Samsung or LG Monitors are good and VFM. But nowadays, 17" are more standard and 14"/15" are not preferred by many still available with assembled PC supplier/resellers.
