Is it necessary to take the NOC for all inida permit Tataindicab

I Have Tata Indicab which I bought for running it for comercial purpose. now i want to take it my native and want to run it there. As it is already having all inida permit. so please tell me wether i need to take noc to drive it in my state?

Even I have the bike if I will not take the noc of that too is that wil creat problem.

can any one help me out in this

Despite the All India Permit... on relocating to your state & using the Cab there/therefrom, you will need to seek NOC & get it re-registered there by paying life-time tax, as applicable on depreciated value.  You will also need to seek Permit/All India Permit afresh from the new State/RTO.

Like-wise, you will need to get NOC & registration of your bike.
