To add/conclude... Mods here are basically members like anyone else - treat them as fellow-members (please).  Mods intervene only when required & in the humblest possible manner, and expect others to respond similarly.  In the process, no offence is taken or meant.  Therefore, nothing should be taken on personal level, please.

@ Aditi, you may be aware of the developments/discussions on the issue pointed out by you - please have a look at the thread.  Till the upgrades come through, please follow the procedure/s  suggested/discussed therein (post 2, 6 & 10) - during the interim period.

I trust we can have further updates on your experience with i20. Please also participate in other threads/discussions - so as to help / give feedbacks to others.
