I too (like Binoy) would suggest you to go for Vista QJD Aqua instead of TDi Aqua - if budget is not a constraint (will cost around 50K more). QJD is a much better car/engine/technology. Interiors/features are same - except that QJD comes with Steering Adjustment. Please have a look at the comparison - Specifications & Features/All Features.
Mileage of both the cars would be almost at par - 16/17 in city & 20/21 on highway (depending upon the driving conditions & style). Service/maintenance cost of QJD will, however, be a little higher than TDi - for the present at least - but is not an issue.
Else, Vista TDi Aqua is a good car - VFM - and will suit your purpose well.
 Honesty is not a Spare Wheel that you pull out when in trouble. It's a Steering Wheel that keeps you on the right path throughout the life's journey.
