I have done a survey of few auto magazine(Auto india,Overdrive,Auto Bid ,What car,Top gear) .Different magazine shows different FELaughing of the same car & model. If any body want the scan i'll post it here .

I can see that the mileage column is blank for many cars even though they have been launched quite some time now. That is one of the important pointer people look for. Is it because there is no authenticated figure for those or are there any regulations to be followed by Carwale before they post the mileage of cars. The first thing that I look for in a comparison is the mileage.

Yes in some cases, the mileage figures (& a few others) still remain to be appended.  I will draw Banwari's attention to this.

Thanks DD for posting the thread and Pankaj for bringing it to my notice.

I agree that we don't have fuel figure for many cars, primary reason being we haven't tested all of those cars yet. We are in the process of testing every car being launched in India. As we go forward, we will keep getting these details. In the meantime, I will get the data updated for the cars that we have already tested.

Hi,

Are ARAI ( Automotive Research Association of India ), VRDE ( Vehicle Research Development Establishment ) and ICAT ( International Centre for Automotive Technology ).

pubilsh official report about mileage ? If not who can give official fuel efficiency (milage) report ?

pl guide.
