Do you think the resale gets affected ?

is it worth the buy? Honda City ZX? petrol?

what is your opinion? Do you think ANHC intorduction has killed this line of cars from honda?

Honda ZX has always been considered as a very good car (though it suffered a little after launch of SX4).  Resale value too has been reasonably good. The new Honda 2008 is not priced very competitively - a difference of almost 90K in the base versions of the two (old & new).

Therefore, I see no reason to be worried about buying ZX (resale & even otherwise) - especially if you plan to keep/use the car for long-term purpose.
