Find Name and Address from Car's registration number.

Hi,

I just wanted to know if there is any way to find out name and address from car`s registration number.

                                    Actually last two dayz before there a dangerous accident by the car but i found thet the car driver run very fastly thats why i unable to find thet person..so i wanted to find out his address from the vehicle number.please help and tell me the name and address of UP78-BU-0004.plz tell me as soon as its my humble request

Dude go to rto office and apply for a (b-extract) for the number you what, they will give you the complete details. It will hardly cost you Rs. 100 or so..

@Brateshu, this is not a place to find out vehicles or their details. I think the thread has enough information to get the details of a car if you have the registration number. A simple solution is provided by Sridhar in post#22 along with others in earlier posts.

As the concerned topic is already discussed, there is no point having this thread open and people posting some numbers asking for details. This is a general forum discussing cars and their related topics/issues. And definitely not a Information Desk.
