1. A front facing folding seat in the back, and a folding seat fitted in the front as well. So that one can enter from back door and from the left front door as well..
If you are opting for a bench seat at the rear, there is no way that one can enter the vehicle from rear. The only option would be to keep a front foldable seat. If bucket seats or 60:40 split bench seats are installed at the rear then no need to keep the front seat foldable. Think about it and decide accordingly.

5. Remove one leaf from suspension (the bottom one) and fit a shock absorber. Any idea about fitment of shock absorber?
Don't do this, it would adversely affect the quality. You will have to accomodate the brackets on chassis and for this welding from a highly skilled mechanic is recommended. Even then, the success of this modification is doubtful. Again, I cannot assert anything till I see the pics and understand the mechanism of installing this shock absorber.

6. Change the bumpers and the headlight set with three bulb set. My preferences for the headlight set and bumpers is of Chevy Tavera (width 1680mm whereas for Gypsy its 1540 mm), so the difference is 5.5 inch, is this modification is feasible?
I would suggest you to opt for a better bulb on the exsiting headlight set. Get the mechanicals done first. Cosmetics can always follow later.

7. Alloy wheel and 185/60 tubeless tyres.
The stock tyre size for Gypsy is 205/70R15. By opting for 185/60, your cornering would be affected, there would be a lesser ground contact of the tyre with road hence traction would go for a toss. Also your Ground Clearance would reduce.
Stick to 205/70 R 15 tubeless tyre size and opt for alloys.

11. A new dashboard, but with the facility for AC and music system.
The existing dashboard has the facilities for accomodating A/C controls and blower, why do you want to spend money on a new dash ??? Music System can be placed easily inside the glove box.

The mechanic estimated me with a cost of approx 130K, which is under my budget considerations.. But I need to check the feasiblity issue...
Cost looks a wee bit high to me. Take a proper breakdown from him and list each and everything which he is gonna work on and the cost included.

For the bumpers, headlight set, dashboard, shock absorber and folding seats I need to switch for the spares of some other cars, please suggest me with the best compatible fittings with any new innovative ideas., Please advise me whether these modifications are feasible or the mechanic is trying to make me full…
Kalyan, I would suggest you to get your Gypsy mechanically in place first. Cosmetic mods can always follow later. Get the body work done in the driest months. Send me the pics so that I can guide you in totality. Please do not waste your hard earned money in something which might not be fruitful after all the hardwork that you have done.
