I agree with Pankaj. The best mileage so far obtained in city driving with A/c on is around 12 kmpl only. I met 3 Safire owners at Free Checkup Camp on last Saturday. They are also getting around 11 -12 kms. 15-16 kmpl may be possible only in highway and not in city driving. Even TML claims mileage of 15.9 under standard testing consitions as per CMV Rules but we all know actual driving conditions are entirely different. So please do not expect beyond 12 kmpl in city.

Binoy, Mateen. Must thank you both that all my queries got answered 'auto'matically.

One thing that I'd appreciate is that the advices given here are straight 'on road', no spanner needed. You do not have to add and subtract, twist or tighten anything in order to get some meaningful out of the so called 'expert advice'.
