Here comes the biggest heart break.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-yTdLzP5t_w

At 5.09 my heart stopped. Indica Electric version. I have never heard of it in India. Will it be launched here..? I thought Tata's were the only brand giving Indian customers the latest from their stable.

Indica Electric is being developed in Norway & is likely (I’m not sure) to be launched there by April 2009 & thereafter (??) in India.

It will run approx.200 kms per charge against Reva’s 70 kms.  It uses lithium ion battery against Reva’s acid battery.

Also the Fiat Albea is nothing but the uprated version of the Fiat Petra sedan which was sold in India-and which was stopped for no known reason!

As Vasanth puts it-the same with the MJD heart would have been a great car.

Great thread guys! Got loads of information.

Between, I just wanted to know why the condition of Fiat is so bad in India? They have such great cars in their stable. Uno, Sienna (Petra) were really great cars as compared to others in same segment. Then why did Fiat go down?

Forgive me if I may sound dumb?

Then why did Fiat go down?

Because of the great sales team, service centres and lack of regular upgrades on the car.
