Quite possible at any good accessories stores.
Digital speedo-cost depends on the type of model
Arm rest-1K-1.5K including installation
Steering wheel remote-1K(both universal and pioneer remotes are available).

The seat has the seat scab and the backrest-only the backrest has to be modified and it can be done on the very same backrest.
Kindly provide the model number of the HU-for the checking the possibility for a remote.

The 'sony DVD player' wont be compatible-if the same is not original.
Even i am talking about the rear seat arm rest-which comes in the center-whats the confusion?
Two ways of doing it.
-non-folding-attach a block of sponge in the center of the seat(believe me i have seen cars like that).
-Folding type-what you should be getting done-the required amount of sponge is cut and a new block of sponge with a hinge at the lower and inner end is attached to the rear seat scab frame.

Sorry friend i dont known any DVD player for 5K-Megaudio is a brand that you can check out-but unlikely that it will be priced at 5K.
About the arm rest+center box-there are several makes available-dont recommend them as they hinder with gear changes(2nd/4th and reverse).
