As one can see, its just mentioned power assisted for Spark. So it can be either electric or hydraulic.I doubt if E HPS will be implemented in the Spark. As per my thinking it should be hydraulic.
 I tried this and I had understeer, I tried that and I had oversteer, at the end of the corner I just ran out of talent!
