Im planning to exchange my Omni LPG van 2007 for Versa DX2. Dealer has offered Rs.70000 discount on new versa.

How much would my old OMNI LPG 2007 14000kms excellent condition under warranty would fetch in open market?

Also share the disadvantages of Versa. Is it worth buying this van? No idea on Maintenance and Mileage?

Versa suits my budget and my family consists of 6 members. Usage 45kms per day. Mostly driven within city limits.

the only other car worth considering is the Mahindra Bolero Diz variant-seats 7 and is diesel-the versa comes with no USP.

the versa is a good car but according to your usage i suggest you try for a diesel car and i guess as Binoy has suggested the Bolero will be an excellent choice. though the interiors have a bit cheap quality plastic its a wonderful vehicle. versa is not much in the market these days and more over it has the conventional van looks. take a test drive of the bolero and decide.

Why break rules when following them is much easier!!!

The versa is not doing well in the market and the only reason you should buy it is because you have no other option for that money. Maybe if you stretch your budget you can consider the tata sumo or so. According to rumours, OMNI is going to be phased out this year and a new car is going to replace it. Even i m waiting to see the new one. So its better you wait.
