palio stile multijet/ spark.....which would be better buy?????

Between Palio Stile & Spark, all of us have recommended Spark (for the reasons discussed).

Regarding resale value... "not bad really" & "not very good" as such mean the same, I suppose.

lolz... well Pankaj, my Not Bad Really was in reply of your Spark too is not very good on that aspect.... I searched there at First choice, not a single Spark for sale, I asked Bhaiyyu (car dealer, he is the one who bought our M800 & Indica) not a single spark for sale. Actually, Mostly buyers are very very happy & satisfied with the performance of Spark. And I checked Resale value using Carwale tool and result showing that though Spark is new car and Spark is from GM, Resale value is very good....  Carwale tool is showing Palio stile top model's resale value is 2,38,600/-

Yes, I understand.  I have checked those values.  I said so for both, as, if I would have said only about Palio, it would sound as if Spark's resale is good - & the fact, as you too know, is that it is "not bad really / not very good" but definitely better than Palio's - and that's what I actually mean in that statement.  Anyway!
