CNG reduces performance/power by 20-25% while LPG reduces by 10-15%. This may vary/differ a little from car to car, Retrofitment Kit, Retrofitment Quality/Workmanship & Maintenace.

 

CNG is more fuel efficient (mileage) & economical (cost of fuel) than LPG (& others).  But looking to your run/usage, neither of these are advisable.
