NOC problem from bank to use Delhi vehicle in Hyderabad

At the outset please issue a notice to City Bank for creating hiderances in issuing NOC for shifting of your vehicle to Hyderabad.

Non issue of NOC is tantamounts to constitution violation and you have the following remedies.

01. Issue Notice to City Bank

02. Pay the 1 year tax as per the MV ACT (ap)rules, Govt. of A.P.

03. Claim the same from City Bank, while issuing the notice

04. approach the Banking Ombudsman at RBI, Hyderabad

05. finally file a suit for damages, mental agony, and all the cost that you have incurred (RTA, TAX, TRANSFER Etc.)

06. By that time your one year will be elapsed and your vehicle also can be transferred officially to Hyderabad.
