yes dual color will spice up the thing-quality of art leather(which itself is duplicate leather!!) varies a bit-from personal experience ones that look like perforated leather are the better one.
like this
Cost -8K appears a bit too much-a regular sedan can be done with around 4K max.

Which would be better Art leather or perforated one. I personally liked the perforated one. I looks more airy also. Is it cleanable, durable like art leather. Does it have dual colour option. How much would it cost.

'Perforated art leather' is nothing but Artificial leather itself-so there is no difference in the material - its the texture and finishing that is different and there is no price difference also!
Have a look at this
-this is what i have done in my present car-
dark perforated art leather for the body contact areas(so even if it gets dirty-it wont be noticed) and normal art leather for the rest of the seat.

not sure if the art leather is what I saw. But there was a accessory dealer who showed me something called Safina. I looked and felt like leather but it had a soft feel inside.. and he told it doesn't get hot as well and obviouosly is cheaper than pure leather.

Same thing told by some vendor here in JC Road. One side its like a leather and other side its almost like raw cotton. It looks like some body pasted cotton with glue and then pressed...

Is 'safina' the brand name? never heard of a material by that name. Or is that alcantara(artificial)?

Well it wasnt the brand name for sure. might be local term the dealers use for the material. (in Delhi) might be called something else there.

If going for seat covers-extra padding will help-other wise its the good old cushion.
