Reverse Parking Sensor:
Xenos - color coded ones. Cost 3200. I hope my mom makes use of it. Best part about it is the day-night rear view mirror. Which again saves u from glares when u drive in the night. Another paisa vasool.

AUDIO:
As earlier updated I had got the HU, speakers and amp from outside.
Stuffs taken from him include scoshe cables, wires and fuse, rings, mdf plank, speaker wires. These altogether cost me 7k(woof). My total ICE came to 37k. RM guy didn't like the fact that I had got all the major parts from outside. anyways. I needed to save money. . The started the wirings and all. Donno much to say here. I was getting very tired due to fasting. And very impatient. I was having a chat with the owner of my neighbour car. He said u should never rush. Let them do it at their ease. A Lesson learnt. I then became a silent watcher. He gave me good company. He had put an ICE worth 50. Stuffs include Alpine HU, MTX components, Kenwood amp, MTX subwoofer moulded onto the rear door. Nice finishing. Awesome bass. U can feel the thump in your heart. Clarity is awesome and the thump is the highlight. He and my friend was giving me company. Meantime my car was getting over one by one. I saw that the audio was over. Went to check it. played a song. My heart fell. Is this only effect u get. Then the guy said only the front speakers are done. I then waited for some more time. Got to break the fast from there. Gained a little energy. All the works then got completed at 9(phew thank God). I tested the ICE. Exhilarating. I am short of words here. I paid him as a satisfied customer. Then he said dont leave. I need to tune the audio(OMG what the heck). He came in with 20 cd’s started playing each one and did fine tuning. Opening the back of the car adjusting the amp, the equaliser. This process took another half an hour. I was speechless at the end. The excitement overtook the tiredness.

Afterwords:

Before that thanks a lot for checking the pics and reading my posts. By the time I had come back the car clocked 840 kms. I also had the mileage checked. The angel returned 14 in city with AC. So everything about the car was good. I finished the accessories phase 1 with adding side beading and floor mats. The thing which I left out was alloys and tires. Which I plan to do it in phase 2.

The highlight of the car is obviously the audio. Almost all kinds of songs were tested on the ICE. The ICE passed with flying colours. Thanks to Imran, who invested a lot of time on fine tuning the audio. A tonne of thanks to Binoy for convincing me on taking the amp. That things was doing wonders. If it would not have been there, I would have been heart broken. The Hu was awesome. Only negative comment I got, rather not negative was that I should have gone for Alpine. I would recommend the ICE to everyone with this budget as this one caters to all types of listeners. Especially ppl who prefer clarity. This one offers enough Bass and thump. I can say this because most of the ppl who auditioned the ICE were asking me which is the sub I've put. But ppl reguiring more thump would have to put a sub. Best part is you have to just put the volume at 5 for normal listening, 20 for blast, 30 rocking. I've also tested 60. It neatly went till there and that too without distortion. In short I could not push it to the limits. Above 60 my ears were going to break. I couldn't get any distortion at any volumes. The USP of the ICE.

I am now a brand ambassador for this ICE.

@Binoy: Saying Thanks would be belittling you. I am greatly greatful for all the time, effort and research you have done for me. It would not have been possible without your guidance.

Dude,

You are being very generous in saying this. It was nowhere near yours.

Though I haven’t participated on this thread, I have followed it since beginning.  In fact, to be honest, I invariably follow posts of a few members – Binoy being one of them, for obvious reasons.

The review is indeed very good & the photos are excellent. A big cheers to both of you
