Personally even I would like a shootout. Basically any experience tester driving two or more cars one after the another on similar conditions and giving his views on these cars.

The one I am waiting for most eagerly is SX4 vx. the new City. However, it would be good to compare other cars in the segment like Verna petrol.

At a lower end between entry level sedans liek Dezire, Indigo & Logan petrol.

And finally between high end hatches like Fabia & Jazz (when it comes).

Major comparison is expected in the Hyundai i10 1.2 Kappa model to Maruti Swift versions.  This two cars confuses the end customer for which one to go to in the 4-6L budget range.

there should be no confusions!

its the price that brings these cars together-they belong to two different classes-the swift to supermini's(including getz/fabia) and the i10 to mini hatchbacks.
