Transferring Car from Hyderabad to bangalore

Hi,

I would like to transfer my Car from Hyderbad to bangalore. Came to know the process that NOC from Bank, Noc from HYD Police commisionar and NOC from RTO Hyderabad.

Can some body let me know if any more things to be done for taking NOC from HYD. and what all steps to be done in bangalore for re registartion and time frame after getting NOC from HYD.

My car is 1Year 6 months old, Do i need to pay any VAT in karnataka apart from tax+ registartion fees? How much i need to pay for tax + re registartion in Banagalore?

Also I would like to know what is procedure to get Tax refund from Hyderabad RTO and more over any contact person name/number in Hyd or Bangalore to do whole process..

No other NOC is needed, nothing else to be done in Hyderabad. Once you receive these papers, get your car registered in Bangalore as soon as possible. You will have to pay road-tax in Bangalore (9-15%) depending on your car. No VAT is applicable, however, I am not sure whether Karnataka charges any entry tax or not.

I am sorry, I don't have any contact numbers but you can check out some yellow pages and call a couple of agents randomly. Try to figure out the trend and fix any of them for the job.

My car is with loan from bank, still wish to continue same loan. Can you please let me know if form 28A need to have financer(bank) signature. I have already taken NOC from bank stated that they do not have objection to tranfser vechile from HYD to Bangalore, loan will continue as usual.

I will be transferring my car from Hyd to bglr. When i took the vehicle 3 yrs back, i paid approx 36000 as Life tax.

Can you tell me if i can get a refund on the life tax? What is the amount i am likely to get?

How easy / difficult and timetaking is the procedure?
