I believe Fusion is a Compact SUV. Ford calls as UAV.
This car can be catagorized with JIMNY/Adventure/Tata Marino/ Toyota avanza.
We can also say that this is a Middle Class People's SUV

Me too still driving 2005 Ikon Flair and love the car for its superb drive quality. Now planning to upgrade to New Corolla Altis in Sept. With all test drives of likes of Civic and old Corolla, I still compair the drive and suspension with my Ikon and postpone my purchase as I don't get lot of difference. Ikon is a great car.

Lets see the pricing of New Ikon, it should be around D'zire n Logan, From front... looks cool! One thing I always use to say about the Ikon, superb built quality.... great... guys I have seen so many badly accidental ikon's with safe driver n co-passengers.... This is just not co-incidence... Without safety features like Airbags n Abs, in Ikon well one can feel that he is driving a Solid car.

Hey i did some research my self.. I was considering buying a car after Diwali. This model has some changes from the previous Ikon. I dont think there is a problem with Ford Petrol model's fuel economy and power but the new 1.4 Diesel is a sensible choice due to the rising prices in Petrol. The engine  happens to be the same one as in the Fiesta and this Ikon is lighter hence better performance. Some changes made to the Breaking system and it has a new stearing system.
