No, I am sure that the leak is the coolant not oil (green color). the leak decreases slowly drop by drop (10 to 20 drops ) per second .

Well, if its coolant leaking then you need to find out where the leak is and fix it. 10-20 drops per second is a rather fast rate of leakage.

Any new updates after this repair? I am having the head gasket issue and the car is under repair now. Make & Model : Maruti Suzuki Swift Vxi (petrol) done 30K KM. Issue was due to bad service by Maruti Authorized Service Station not filling up coolent properly. Fingers crossed about the car's performance post repair.. Any suggestions or check points I need to take care after the car is repaired?

Stick to the usual semi-synthetic or mineral like Castrol GTX or HP cruise or similar. Fully synthetic will make no more difference apart from being more expensive. Change oil (and oil filter) every 3-5 months and the engine should be happy as ever.
