Skoda Fabia Diezel Vs. Maruti Swift Diezel

If resale value is a major factor 4 u, then plz go for swift diesel...it is compact, stylish as well as fuel efficient...u wil get 18 to 22 kms , depends on ur driving...

   But, as an automobile engineer, i suggest u to take skoda fabia TDi...only if u can spend abt 1 lakh more...because it is not a car u can compare with swift.

  Fabia is having far far better comfort for the driver as well as d passengers and also durable.I dnt know abt its resale price.,but it i think will be lesser than swift..

   by driving this car, u can obtain more comfort than that of sedans like fiesta, dzire etc..also u shd note a major defect of swift and dzire...both are having d least leg room, so if tall members are there in ur family, it will be difficult to sit at the back

No comparison between Fabia & Swift. Simply as a product Fabia is far better than Swift. In Fabia you can get better build quality , better space , better interiors & better safety . Only let down is noisy engine & ASS. Swift is best selling hatchback now in India & has a long waiting period . It depends lot on you what you want.

fabia is the new d boy on streets n swift(d) has been around for so many years and has really proved to be a great vfm..bt comparin the 2 fabia has gt modern looks..better interiors..roomy cabin..bt yes at a high price higher mantainence cost n nt so gud a.s.s. n resale value...bt after all its a premium hatch which the current swift is not...you can compare fabia (d) with i20(d) n punto(d) bt nt with the swift...fabia is way ahead of the swift.....

Go with Swift and you will not regret your decision. But if you are person who wants attention and people should look at you with a WOW tag attached with. Then go with Fabia.

Swift is value for money and Fabia is a class act. ASS, spare part cost everything plays a major role. "Haathi kharidna aasan hai palna mushkil".

So according to me Fabia is an Elephant and it is up to you whether you would be able to take care of it because it will take care of you for sure.

Fabia Diesel is a great car (exluding the engine noise which is very loud), but their ASS, treatment after buying and prohibitive spare parts costs are hard to overlook. Dzire is much more easily maintainable. However, there is a looooong wait period.
