Skoda Fabia Diezel Vs. Maruti Swift Diezel

Pl advice which of Skoda Fabia Diezel and  Maruti Swift Diezel is better in terms of fuel efficiency, resale price, durabiltiy and comfort. Suggest also any other model with diesel version which you may feel is better than both these on the above parameters. Budget Rs. 6,00,000. Sanjay

i think the Swift is a better bet , maintaining a SKoda Diesel is damm costly thats what all skoda owners feedback was to me , so the swif diese will do a better job for you or else go for the Dzire Diesel or the Palio Diesel

No the palio has better space than swift , the engine is the same of Swift Diesel and plaio is not the old one but new onw whihc is called as Palio Stle for petrol and palio stile MJD for diesel , yeh  i would suggest you the Swift Over the palio D , go for the Swift Vdi ABS!

Skoda Fabia Vs. Maruti Swift??? No comparision really....! If u want to compare Skoda Fabia then compare it with Ford Fusion TDCI or with other diesel cars.

Its definitely above swift.... as far as segment is concern.

A better car... better parts... better interiors.... better quality interiors.... better exteriors... definitely u have to spend a little more.

N budget of 6 lacs..... only Swift Diesel or Palio Diesel.... Fabia diesel is around 7.2 lacs i guess.

People dont change when you tell them that there is a Better option... They change when they realise that there is No Other Option..

i have a budget of aroun 6 lacs should i go for swift diesel or swift dzire diesel..the price difference between both of them are of 90000 rupees, is it worth paying it for dzire please suggest something???

If boot is your neccessity than dezire is a better buy.

You can also look at Ford Ikon diesel, Indigo CS, and Mahindra Logan in the same range.

personally both the deisel engine of dzire and ford are fuel efficient and better than that of tata and logan series..!

if you really need a boot...only then you shud go in for sedan..otherwise many good option are available in hatchback marker these dayzzz...!

if intrested in hatchback...you can go in for Swift,VISTA or even PALIO..!

all shares the same heart....but final choise is urs..!

If resale value is a major factor 4 u, then plz go for swift diesel...it is compact, stylish as well as fuel efficient...u wil get 18 to 22 kms , depends on ur driving...

   But, as an automobile engineer, i suggest u to take skoda fabia TDi...only if u can spend abt 1 lakh more...because it is not a car u can compare with swift.

  Fabia is having far far better comfort for the driver as well as d passengers and also durable.I dnt know abt its resale price.,but it i think will be lesser than swift..

   by driving this car, u can obtain more comfort than that of sedans like fiesta, dzire etc..also u shd note a major defect of swift and dzire...both are having d least leg room, so if tall members are there in ur family, it will be difficult to sit at the back
