while idle running one can draw 24 amp cuarrent I have tested at 20 amp  . pl note that battery is needed to start the vehicle only ( 250 amp cold crank amp current )  once started battery is not required to be use as a buffer stiroage ... about produing hho at 14 amp 2  lit hho is produced which is still less we have to find out more practical solution which will draw low current and produce 4 lit hho it is already available with fuelfromh2o.com but not available here so we have to wait and watch.

I have myself made this electrolyzer and produced a little amount of HHO.

I have used a 12V-3Amp adaptor for this with Venegar(have tried baking soda too, I am still experimenting) as electrolyte.

But the amount of HHO that got generated was way too low. I can say this after looking at the videos of the electrolyzer posted all around the internet, they are producing HHO as if a air pipe has been dipped under the water!!

You said you could get 2liters of HHO at 14amps, I dont know weather I should give this "warning" (you may well be aware of it) but if more amps are produced (remember the electrolyte itself will produce energy and heat) the coil towers WILL melt and the anode and cathod might touch each other and create a short, the fues might blow off(if you have one) or can have damaging concequences!

I think you can try the sodium hydroxide as an electrolyte to produce more current in water for HHO. Why dont you try more number of cells perhaps 2 or 3 this should give you more HHO.

Is this "Water4(coold air injection to)gas(oline engines)". I think the way things have been stated by Girish seems like a very Expensive Clod air Intake system. And also it requires reading 400 pages from a book.

Now coming to this technology, we all understand that if it is roadworthy companies would roll out newer vehicles. Our vehicles would not be capable of using it (no kits available approved by RTO and fitted by a authorized dealer of Italian / German company), so we need not worry about it I think.

If at all this Technology is going to be a reality and vehicles get rolled out of plants from Maruthi, Tata, ..... then the people who do the research on this would be awarded Padmashree / Padmabhusan / Padmavibhushan. We atleast know whose name we have to suggest for such an award. Also Water would be sold by governments to atleast 1/2 the price of gasoline (with some Excise duties added to it). This also means paper becomes more cheaper than water for morning chores.

Did I forget to tell you what I do for a living, I am a "Software Test Manager", I can provide my services for free in case you need to Test and Record the Data in IEEE standards. Hello to all,

I really forgot to say to you that I have used all sort of Add-On's to both twowheeler and fourwheelers, for Air-Intake, Petrol-Treatment Chemicals, Engine-Oil-Treatment Chemicals, Spark-Plug Additives,.......

None of these make any difference to the Performance of the vehicle, vehicle would be running in the same manner either with or without these.

As far I know HHO wont help much. However ur free to try.

FYI refer to thermodynamic laws to understand y it wont help improve efficency.
