All above failed,I had to approach The Govt,Ministery of Surface Transport and Highways who have now directed the Transport Commissioner,Mumbai to inspect the car from safety point of view.I am actually keen to know what is the type of modification req for my handicap as per either Indian or International Rules.This aspect is still not clear with the Authorities

I am 65% orthopaedically handicapped person affected in both legs and willing to buy a car which gives me self independency. Pls. help me in this regard

i have an automatic n hand control ZEN Car in very good condition.... contact me  at *******

with legs, with one leg and without legs anybody can drive this car..

Sorry Sharad I'm not aware of any mechanic in Hyderabad.  Hope someone else is able to post some info here.

can any1 clearify me about excise duty concession on buying a new i10. points to be considered 1- my left hand is weak 2- i've aleady DL as a normal 3- i'll buy i10 auto 4- i've seen above discussion and it is confusing 5- i've a PH certificate by C.M.O.
