Using the HU to power these expensive speakes will be a waste of money. Get a 4 channel amp and power the front components. Bridge the remaining two channels and power a sub woofer. The rear speakers can be run from the HU.

thanks..but i thought i'll go for these speakers coz they sound really nice and i feel there is no need of a woofer..also, should i go for kicker KS69 or jbl gto 937..which one is better? if i put a woofer and amp the budget would shoot high.,so wanted a speaker set which sounds as good as a woofer system

Hi Gaurav,

1) where did you get this stuff ? from sector - 17, Vashi?

2) Can you give some good contacts

3) What are the precautions while buying from outside vendor specifically Vashi / Mumbai?

4) How old is your Swift, did they object the fitting when you took your vehicle for servicing?

Hi all,

I have Maruti Swift VDI and planning to install audio system. I am thinking of installing:

2 components of JBL connected to a mono amplifier (instead of speakers)

1 woofer 1100w JBL connected to seperate digital amplifier

1 network JBL for sound filtering

Pioneer Head with USB option.

PLease advice me on this and suggest better idea than this. My budget is Rs.40,000
