Getting NOC for my Bike from Hyderabad.. Pls help

I shifted to hyderabad from pune, I got the NOC  from pune RTO for hyderabad in September 2006
But I didn't paid any road tax till now to AP RTO. Few days back traffic hawaldar told me that the NOC is not valid anymore and after one year i've to pay road tax else pay fine and asked for 2500 /- fine, but he was happy with Rs.150  bribe. also, the guy at pune RTO  told me to get AP registration after one year.
I want to know is it invalid after one year ? and What else is required for paying road tax in hyd.

Anyone knows what formalities are required in Hyderabad. I keep updated insurance and PUC.

I have a bike with registration number of Jharkhand. I took the NOC from Jharkhand in the year 2007 and moved to Hyderabad. In Hyderabad i have paid the road tax and didn't changed my bike registration (i.e. number). Since then i am using my bike in Hyderabad without any problem. But now i have been transferred to Delhi and i want to take my bike along with me.
1. Do i need to take NOC from Hyderabad or Jharkhand ?
Can some one help me with the procedure.

(1) You need to get the NOC issued by Hyderabad RTO, in favour of Bangalore RTO, cancelled.

(2) You need to get fresh NOC issued from Hyderabad RTO in favour of NCR (forget the transit re-locations).

I am facing similar issue. I have obtained NOC from Hyderabad in favor of RTO,Mumbai...and this has been more than 7 months....I can't register my bike in Mumbai because of not having permanant address proof....now I wish to register my bike at my native place in Maharashtra..so can I get fresh NOC from hyderabad? and what are documents required to get fresh NOC? Do I need to go there personally along with the bike (which is really painful?)
