Hi Everyone,

I have recently purchased i10 1.2 kappa with integrated music sytem. Could you guys please advice steps that could be taken to upgrade and improve sound quality without voiding company's warranty.

My budget is under 10,000/-

1) I don't want to change its HU. Is it possible to achive better sound quality with company fitted Speakers or should i replace them too.

2) What branded sub woofers and amplifier (4 ch/2 ch/ single) should i opt for with maximum output, under my budget. I dont want to go for boxtype ones as they cost more.

3) Kindly suggest me the best locations to fit amplifier and sub woofer in my car. I have all resources available.

Regards,

Manuj

Hi Experts,

I have oval speakers in parcel tray of 6X9" 70 RMS (210 Watt) directly connected with HU- PIO: DEH5150UB and their sound simply takes over my front door speakers (Blaupunkt - basic speakers); if I increase sound level front door speaker distort a lot. Currently I am using fader settings to balance sound between rear and front speakers and this simply kills all low/mid frequencies effect of rear oval speakers. If I takes fader settings off then all sound shift towards rear which irretate me since most of the times I am on driving seat.

I wish to listen good sound quality not heart pouring bass, but a decent dinstiction of each frequency level voice with decent bass as well.

Can I put 3-way 6.5" inch round speakers in front door or a component speakers (GT6 - S226c etc)

Which will give good sound effect if directly connected to HU - DEH5150UB. I do not want to spend much on putting amp, wiring etc.

Please advise.
