Mr.Vijay

You may have to go to Gurgaon and give them a plain paper request, an affidavit stating that you have not used the form28/noc issued to Bangalore along with your RC book,Original form 28 sets and rs.100 fee. They will in turn send a communication to Bangalore RTO seek confirmation from them on non uttilisation of NOC/Form 28. They will wait for RTO bangalore communication/objection if any for about 30 days.if no objection is received or confirmation is received,Gurgaon RTO will remove NOC endorsment from your ROC.

YOu have to go to Gurgaon RTO or get registration done at Bangalore. These are the only two options.

Good luck

Hi

Since you have paid the road tax at Hyderabad, your motorcycle is technically under the records of Hyderabad RTO.It appears you have not handed over the form 28/noc , nor taken new registration but only paid the road tax. Hence you will have to approach the Hyderabad RTO and seek a non uttilisation certificate and again contact Bangalore RTO along with the non uttilisation certificate for issuing a new NOC addressed to Pune RTO(Be specific which RTO range you want). If you have stayed over eleven months at Hyderabad then you are legally bound to re register your MC at Hyderabad. Please note as per MV act, you can stay at a place with out registration up to elven months and penalty for non registration is Rs.100!
